Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Transformation Consultant within the areas of Organization Transformation, Workforce Transformation and HR Transformation, to join our Career team at Mercer Sweden. As a Transformation Consultant at Mercer, you will play a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives and leading organizational change. You will collaborate with our clients to develop and implement innovative solutions that transform their HR processes and aligns the HR strategy with business objectives.

What can you expect?

    Partner with clients of all sizes, from startups to large international and global brands, to understand their HR challenges, goals, and objectives, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Together with HR leaders, identify areas of improvement within areas such as:
    • Organization design, job design, job architectures, career frameworks
    • Strategic workforce planning
    • Diversity, equity, and inclusion
    • Talent, retention, skills, competencies, talent marketplaces
    • Performance management, talent management, career development
    • Employee engagement and experience (new ways of working, digitalization, etc.)
    • Communications and change management support
    • Etc.
  • Design and implement HR processes, initiatives, and interventions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on people transformation related topics, to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR initiatives with broader organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct training and workshops to build HR capabilities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR transformation and change management, and share knowledge with internal teams and clients.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in, Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in areas such as organization transformation, HR transformation, strategic workforce planning, talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion, change management, communication, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, practices, and systems, with a strong understanding of HR trends and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing change processes, including HR redesign, organizational design, career frameworks, or similar.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
