We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at an IT training institute. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and sales by calling prospective students
Answer incoming calls from prospective and existing students
Provide information about our IT courses and services
Qualify leads and book appointments for sales representatives
Track and report on sales performance
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor on the phone
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
