A typical customer project can be design and product development of engine related parts, lifting tools or auxiliary equipment. The projects themselves include different stages from conceptualization of solutions and modelling to producing manufacturing documentation. Knowledge and experience of sheet metal design, castings, welded structures and different machining processes and additive manufacturing is a benefit to success with your duties.

In this role, you will be in close cooperation with our local customers and would have an independent role with the support of the team close-by.
Qualifications needed:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
- Work experience in similar tasks for at least 3 - 5 years
- Strong experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter, in addition other design tools like Catia, Solidworks and Inventor experience is seen as an advantage
- Good organising and problem-solving skills
- Good positive drive and ability to work both independently and in teams
- Fluent communication in Finnish or Swedish and in English and good social skills
