Your contribution to something big
Leader for the project
- Development of a project structure according to the AS division guidelines for warehouse projects
- Development of a timetable and resource plan for the overall project duration
- Coordination of subprojects
- Preparation of the required documents and executing of regular meetings with the project team
- Reporting of the project status (weekly and daily reports to Project lead and to sub-project leader)
- Collaboration with the subproject leaders by creating the specifications sheet, process analysis, Make-or-Buy decision and training documents up to the physical implementation (Go-Live)
- Development of cost-, time-, and quality optimized logistical processes
- Follow-up support of the project during the stabilization phase
What distinguishes you
We need applicants with deep knowledge in logistics, 5-10 years’ experience in projects as project leader, who have technical and analytical understanding for complex relationships and problem-solving competence.
Fluent English, good knowledge in MS Office and MS Project are also necessary.
