They’re looking for a high-performing junior or intermediate lawyer with proven experience in Commercial Law to join a well-established practice. You will be part of a team working closely with leading Partners, facing clients on a regular basis and advising on a wide range of commercial matters.
The firm prides itself on hiring talented, aspiring lawyers who can demonstrate both a strong academic record, good technical experience as well as a practical approach to applying the law for their clients. This role gives you the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced and engaging partner to develop your skills as well as offer a level of competency that allows you to work autonomously on less complicated files.
Work will cut across sale and purchases of businesses, M&A, JVs, disposals, receiverships, shareholder agreements and capital raising.
