We are looking for an experienced Nordic Head of Business Operations to join our dynamic and growing team.
The Nordic Head of Resource management reports to the Nordic Leadership Team (NLT), is part of the global staffing team and will work closely together with Global Head of Resource Management, the Nordic HR Lead and Nordic Stream and GtM leads.
You will be responsible for building up a Nordic staffing governance model and managing all Nordic resource management processes.
Main responsibilities:
Building up a Nordic staffing governance model
Running and continuously improving Nordic resource management processes
Assigning the right resources to the right projects at the right time to ensure successful delivery of projects
Monitoring day-to-day project activities and corresponding resourcing needs
Capacity planning, i.e., making sure that the company’s resources have capacity to work on upcoming projects and pipeline (against certainty)
Collaborating with the Nordic HR Lead and the NLT regarding staff and partner training, hiring new staff for projects and strategic workforce plans
Monitoring and managing Nordic consultants’ workload and utilisation
Reallocating resources when required for successful delivery of projects or consultants’ well-being and professional development plan
Managing resource conflicts to ensure the best outcome between client, firm and consultant(s)
Knowing all Nordic current and upcoming projects and business development activities and being able to plan resourcing accordingly, informing the NLT of any issues related to inability to meet clients’ needs due to resourcing
Supporting the commercial transformation of the partner group
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in staffing, resource management, or operations management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English and a Nordic language, both written and spoken
