The role

- To manage the purchasing processes of the requested products in accordance with the procedures and targets (term, price, maturity, etc.),
- To manage supplier relations effectively and to carry out supplier evaluation studies,
- Researching alternative supply sources and working in coordination with business units on this issue,
- To follow up the entire operational process such as delivery and inventory registration during the procurement phase of the purchased products,
- Preparing reports on purchasing department performance indicators in desired periods,
- To carry out necessary communication and coordination in purchasing processes with company units.
- Developing solution methods to identify problems and prevent their recurrence.
- For fleet management purchasing and maintaining vehicles for deliveries, registering and licensing vehicles and finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits - Following up accident and damage procedures,
- Monitoring, managing and reporting operational processes in Purchasing
- Ensuring employees are properly accommodated in a workplace that supports their needs and expectations.
- Monitoring and managing the major assets and technologies within the workplace to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Ensuring the building is maintained, improved, and managed, and that vendor partnerships are managed.
- Setting up and improving processes that facilitate everyday operations—from maintenance requests to room reservations.
- Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards
- Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
- Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments
- Helping with office relocations
- Drafting maintenance reports
- Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status and other systems in building.
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal etc.
- Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
- Managing all operational administrative process for purchasing
