We are inviting candidates for the position of:


Receptionist cum Admin


Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, the Receptionist will assist in carrying out daily general administrative duties and secretarial duties.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general administrative matters, including inbound phone calls & mails
  • Ordering the office supplies and related materials
  • Managing company assets (computer, printer and etc)
  • Maintain office security & access
  • Travel Management (flights, visas, accommodations)
  • Assist in planning and running of company meetings & events when necessary
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by the Management


Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O” levels & above
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in office administrative / secretarial work
  • Proven knowledge and skills in all office administrative and clerical processes and procedures
  • Professional English proficiency (both spoken and written)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office is essential
  • Must be a team player & able to work independently with 100% responsibility and accountability
  • Cheerful & fun-loving disposition
